Austin Chapel Missionary Baptist Church is located in the rural community it shares it's name with, about 3 miles southeast of DeKalb, Texas.
Where We've Come From
Founded in 1915 in a church building we briefly shared with a local Methodist congregation, Austin Chapel Baptist Church began it's ministry.
Since then, we have been furthering God's ministry to the De Kalb community and abroad through outreach and missions.

Where We Are Now
Through multiple additions and two new church buildings, we have always allowed God to work through us in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our location has not changed and neither has our message. We are still in the heart of the Austin Chapel community and we still proclaim Jesus as the only path to the Father.

With a bold faith we are marching forward into a day and age that doesn't want to see church growth.
But God rewards those that are not ashamed of sharing His gospel with the world. We are expanding once again to further our ability to share Jesus with our community.
